I want to offer appreciation for an amazing person who came into my life when I was just beginning on my spiritual path in my earlier years, Stan Grier. Stan has affected many people while on the planet in this lifetime.
I met him while volunteering at New York Open Center. Many worked with him at Lineage Project. He brought his practice with him everyday. He was an outstanding man of color who projected dignity and self-care. He introduced me to so many great spiritual tools that still serve me today.
He was kind, considerate, talented and passionate.
Thank you, Stan, for all the ways that you enriched my life.
May your spirit be blessed and at peace.
