I am getting ready for Autumn Equinox and finishing up this Summer strong. One of the ways I have been doing this is speaking more openly with those I love and getting any issues out in the open.

It feels amazing!!!!


I know it may be scary for alot of you but your life will benefit from the clarity and honesty.

I am also calling out any shadows that have patterns in my life.

Give yourself the gift of greater openness and truth....Address  yourself and the people in your life (in gentleness, kindness, directness, clarity) with

1. letters
2. emails
3. texts
4. sit down and talk
5. phone calls
6. prayers (for your own shadows)
7. positive affirmations (for your own shadows)
8. ritual & ceremony of release (for your own shadows)

Life is too short to live in darkness, denial, and fear!!!!!

Have healthier friendships, partnerships, romantic relationships, family ties, work relationships, etc

Get it out in the open!!!!!!
