Remembering Martin Luther King, Jr.

I am writing to remember that many of our ancestors have taken some hard roads. They spoken their truth, lived their truth, and reveal their truth to others. It has not always been well-received. That is the path.

In order to make strides as a world community for the greater good, we have to change. It is not always comfortable.

I offer gratitude to Martin Luther King, Jr. for all his strides. I offer gratitude to all the brave ancestors who came before us who did their work on the planet and helped to make our lives healthier, clearer, more empowered, and more spacious.

Be the change you want to see in the world!!!!!!

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.

I would like to recommend to all of you watching or renting "Selma" from 2014, in honor of MLK.
